So, I arrive home from school the other day, and my brother immediately says to me "Guess what??? Chuck Norris can speak Braille." "Uh," I replied, "like I'd care...." At first I thought it was a mean response, but that was before I knew what was coming. For the next hour, I heard nonstop about the "Texas Ranger" and about his seemingly God-given abilities. Frankly, it sucked.

However, I was intrigued nonetheless. This wasn't the first Chuck Norris joke I'd heard this year, and, honestly, I wondered if this sudden obsession with the Jackie Chan of the Wild Western World was indeed great enough to be infiltrating my own home. So, I went online and google searched "Chuck Norris." I received 2,270,000 results.

So why the sudden hype? The answer's simple: Chuck's hot. The chicks dig Chuck for his looks and his body. The guys dig Chuck for his wicked, signature round-house kick. Quite frankly, the guy's just plain awesome. And he's a Texan. So he's sure to be a big hit.

Regardless of the guy's "hot-ness," I still think the hype about him is dumb. I mean, come on! How many of you have actually seen an episode of "Texas Ranger"????

You're hilarious. Quite honestly, the only "chuck norris" exposure I've had is once at work when a guy was trying to show off to a girl by "astounding" her with his never ending chuck norris jokes, when Brandon told me a few, and the now. I don't even know what he looks like. Heck, I'm a nerd! Maybe I'll go google it too.

Way to analyze (rolling of the eyes). Come on the only reason you even talked about the "hotness" and "signature round-house kick" is because you were tired and couldn't come up with some real reasons why people like Chuck Norris. Besides I don't think that I've heard of many girls that like him. He mostly appeals to the male population.

I must admit that I don't really know who is either!

Hey I just thought of something . . . (and no smart remarks about how this doesn't happen very often) but if Chuck Norris got married (which I assume he isn't due to Nate's analysis) then his wife would be Mrs. NORRIS!!!! Like the cat in Harry Potter, or better yet like the name of that lady who's dog you walk!

WHOA BESSIE!!!

Ha ha ha ha!!! So here I am, sitting here at work. I have nothing else productive to do, so I decided to google "chuck norris." Well, I read "chuck's farewell letter to his fans." I couldn't stop laughing! He was trying to make it sound all sentimental and it was SO FUNNY!!!! Basically he was saying how he decided not to do a 9th season of the "top rated Walker Texas Ranger" because he "wanted to let it end as a winner, just as he did when he retired from Karate." IT IS SO FUNNY!!!!!

Ha ha, I love Walker Texas Ranger!!! I remember watching it every week. It was a routine for my whole family. I've always thought he was amazing!!! I don't know what this whole fade is all about though, I guess it took people a little longer to discover him, lol!
